RETURNS

  •  You have ' 7 ' Business Days to return an item from the date you received it. 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging. 

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Please use a tracked service to return your item. You must ensure to obtain your proof of postage in case your parcel is lost on its return back to us. If you do not have your proof of postage, Shahmaran Jewellers cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels. 

  • It is important that a return postage receipt is kept safe until you receive your refund from us.

  • We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us which are not in their original condition.

  • It is also important that you will be responsible for paying  your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

  •  Once we receive your item,  we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issues policies.​​​​​
